Create stunning backlit illumination in any room with this Thread and Matter-enabled smart color changing LED Lightstrip. Use manually with the attached Controller, pair directly to the Nanoleaf App with just Bluetooth, or connect to a smart home ecosystem by adding a Matter-compatible smart home hub and Thread Border Router to your setup. Fully immerse yourself in a world of colors or get functional with the warmest to coolest white lighting.
Dynamic Color-Changing Scenes
Customize animated color scenes through the Nanoleaf App. Transition between colors slowly, or turn up the speed to get the party started.
Set Schedules
Automate your lights to turn on/off at set times to make your daily routines a little easier. Set your schedule through your smart home ecosystem or voice assistant. IMPORTANT: Matter Home Hub + Thread Border Router required.
Circadian Lighting
Naturally prepare for restful sleep by removing blue light as day turns into night. Enable this on the Nanoleaf App to have your lights automatically adjust to the color temperature of the sun based on your timezone or manual settings.
Bluetooth Compatible
Pair and control your lights directly with the Nanoleaf App using Bluetooth. We recommend always pairing with the Nanoleaf App first.
Matter & Thread Enabled
Add a Matter-compatible hub to connect to a smart home ecosystem (Apple Home, Google Home, Amazon Alexa or Samsung SmartThings). Your home hub needs to double as a Thread Border Router OR you will need to have a separate Thread Border Router in addition to your home hub.
Easy Access Controller
Don’t want to pull out the app? Turn the lightstrip On/Off, change the brightness or cycle through various colors with the easy-access Controller.
Also Works with Razer Chroma
Sync the colors of your Essentials Matter lights and Razer Chroma devices like your keyboard, mouse, and headphones for unique lighting effects all while you game.
Matter Hubs & Thread Border Routers
Some Matter hubs like the Apple HomePod mini, Google Nest Hub (2nd Gen) & Amazon Echo (4th Gen) can double as Thread Border Routers.

Creates great backdrop and ambience lighting to my computer setup. Amazing thick quality with a protective silicon layer so it prevents damage to the leds. Has separate leds for white colors and color for accuracy and warmth for the white rgb.

I really like them! They don’t have animations which is a bummer. But simple to install and work well with apple homekit. If you’re looking for a ton of animations and programming, just buy BTF strips from Amazon and link a controller to it with WLED. I kind of wish I did that. But for being on sale, I’m ok with the purchase

Probably will return since it's not connecting to home kit. I reset it 6 times out of the box. I am extremely disappointed since The Lines work great. Nanoleaf has yet to reply to my question.

There could be a number of reasons for the issues with connectivity, but we can help troubleshoot this. May we ask, do you have a Homepod? Have you also updated your ios to 16.5 Beta?

My first matter accessory. Works great with HomeKit animations. Not delays. HomeKit allows to pick colors. Nanoleaf app is required for device updates.

The double sided tape is good quality. The light is not really that bright but it does what i want it to do.

Product seems like it had been sitting for awhile. Self adhesive not sticking to tv. (Even tried double sided tape smh.) This is my 2nd time buying this product. 1st time was from Nanoleaf.com and it was perfect, no problems.

Connected it to the HomeKit app, was very easy following the instructions. Comes as a couple segments you need to plug into each other, some of the connections are not as strong, making it harder to hang them. Also, the adhesive on the back is not as strong as I’d like, and the strip is fairly rigid - trying to stick it round corners and into a rough shape was very difficult with the weak adhesive. That all being said, once it was setup, it’s been up for a month or so with no issues, no sign of it falling. Color options are great, and control (through the HomeKit app) is easy and intuitive. Very bright (at maximum) and deep color settings.
