I’m a lover of curlsmith products, which have totally changed my wavy hair game, and I love their scents. I can’t give this one even a full try because of an awful fishy odor. I imagine there is an ingredient issue based on other reviews.

I just can't stand the smell, it's too fruity. And somehow it seems to put too much moisture in my hair and make it too frizzy I don't know why the Curlsmith refreshers don't work for me, but they don't.

My hair tends to look dry and some areas go straight on the days following wash day. Using the Reactivate and Refresh spray save me curls and give me at least a couple of extra days. I like the refresh demo on the website here and hope it improves my refresh.

I love this stuff! It reactivates my fine wavy curls. The day after washing my hair I use it and it works great! It lasts a long time too. However, it smells so bad!!!! I will continue to use it but please do something about the awful smell. Please!

Sprayed it on dry hair and made it very sticky and frizzy. I retried it after spraying the hair with water and it inly made it worse. Smells good in the bottle but awful when you spray it.

Of course this is fantastic when used as a curl/style reactivator as the per the product description (and works absolute wonders as such even on my 2nd-4th+ day curls to make them look bouncy, juicy, and frizz-free again), but it’s also—among many other things!—an amazing emulsifier to use rather than just water for any styling products you might want to thin out a bit for any reason. I typically only feel compelled to do this on a particular non-CS curl cream that was gifted to me that I need to use up. I just put a big ol’ dollop of the cream in my palm, then spritz it a few times with the Reactivator before emulsifying it all between my hands and applying and brush styling for always-great results. Just another way to use this already versatile product! This one is a staple for me now.
