Franco Sarto women’s Carolyn lug sole Tassel Loa

I ordered the Putty in white color, size 6.5, but they turned out to be very small (my shoe size is 6.5). I also got the Inky Navy in size 7, where the left shoe fits perfectly, but the right one is too big. I even tried wearing socks with the right shoe, but it still slips off.

The first thing is I ordered 2 pairs of this shoe,

I ordered two pairs , black and blue, only one pair was shipped and no explanation of why, never got the second pair, always love the shoes though, will continue to use this brand.
