The marketing is setup so you can purchase th features that you need without paying for features that you will not use. Digital keys are easy to use, but the external key board is a useful option. My wife chose the larger IPad with the external keyboard and I am using the 10.9 (I think. The next size smaller than my wife’s. Mine is easier to carry when traveling, but hers has the larger screen for viewing. I like photography and enter some contests. Either IPad is good for reviewing photos when on the road.

Q: QuestionI want to buy my husband either an Ipad or Tablet for Christmas but I am confused. He pretty much only needs it to watch his youtube videos at night in bed. We don't need to sign up with a service because he says we have WIFI here. What do you recommend?

- A:Answer Hey. Hey... If that is pretty much all he wants to do then the "pro" versions would be overkill. Any of the others would be fine. And the wifi only would be just fine. However; if the 12.9" screen is your liking, then this pro version is your only choice. Wifi and minimal storage should be fine Now that being said...if you use apple iphones any of the ipads would be a perfect fit since apps and usage would pretty much be identical. Even if you don't use iphones would still be fine but tablet would be more user friendly with the android operating system I've been in both camps. A big apple (ipad) user. Now is my "go to" device.

- A:Answer Unlocked means that if you were to use a cellular data plan you are not locked to a certain carrier(att etc.). You can use what cell data carrier you want to. I have a unlocked one.
