- A: AnswerMy hunch is many people who want this technology are seeking larger television screens. People seeking 48 inch televisions are likely much more budget minded and picture may not be as important. So this TV is kind of been no man’s land with respect to their marketing audience. so you’re a great TV and a good price.

Q: QuestionWhat is the difference between the B4 model and the C4 model (OLED48C4PUA)?(1 answer)
A: AnswerHi there. Thank you for your question! We understand that you're curious about the differences between the OLED48B4PUA and OLED48C4PUA models. While both offer stunning 4K OLED displays and 120Hz refresh rates, here are a few key differences: Processor: The OLED48B4PUA features the α8 AI Processor, while the OLED48C4PUA is equipped with the more advanced α9 AI Processor Gen7, which provides better image processing and AI upscaling for enhanced picture quality. Gaming Features: The C4 model supports VRR (Variable Refresh Rate) up to 144Hz, AI Upscaling, and Game Optimizer, making it a better choice for gamers. The B4 model is still great for gaming but maxes out at 120Hz for VRR. AI Features: The C4 model also includes additional AI features like AI Picture Pro, AI Sound Pro, and AI Concierge, which are not present in the B4 model. These enhance sound, picture, and overall user experience. Audio: The C4 model has a more advanced 2.2 channel speaker system with Dolby Atmos and AI Sound Pro for a richer sound experience. The B4 model offers a standard 2.0 channel system. Both models are excellent choices, but if you're looking for a more premium experience with advanced processing, enhanced gaming, and AI features, the C4 model might be the way to go! - A: AnswerHi there, thank you for your question about the OLED48B4PUA! Burn-in, also known as image retention, was a concern with earlier generations of OLED panels. However, modern OLED TVs, including the OLED48B4PUA, have advanced significantly to minimize this issue. LG has incorporated several features to prevent burn-in, even with regular gaming or TV usage, such as: Pixel Refresher: This runs automatically after extended use to adjust pixel uniformity and prevent image retention. Screen Shift: The TV subtly shifts the image over time to prevent static elements from remaining in one spot. Logo Luminance Adjustment: Reduces the brightness of static on-screen logos, such as those in games or TV channels. Game Optimizer Settings: Optimized display modes for gaming that balance performance and screen health. With regular use, including gaming and watching TV, burn-in is unlikely. To further protect your screen, you can avoid leaving static images (like a paused game or a TV channel logo) on the screen for extended periods. Using built-in tools like screen savers or enabling standby mode when not in use can also help. If you’d like more tips or have additional concerns, feel free to send us a private message on Social Media @LGUSSupport. We’re here to help! —James

The next-gen of TVs
It's a really great picture and offers tons of user friendly features. I really like the built-in Ai systems for image and sound quality. You can have a standard definition TV channel running for a few minutes and then image enhancement makes them look like HD channels, that was pretty wild to me. The brightness also really helps counter any light glare on the screen which is really nice too. These ultimately made understand better why 4kHD TVs are becoming less expensive, the OLED really is a next level, mind blowing experience compared to them. It's night and day, I'm glad I was able to catch the Labor Day discount sale at $750, I've been wanting one for some time but couldn't find what I want for under $1000. The only down side is getting the thing out of the box without breaking the screen. The screen is very very thin, like I'm talking iPad thickness here. (I measured and it's actually 3/8 inch thick!) It's pretty heavy and there's almost no way you can pick it up without leaning it over entirely on one side to get a grip that won't damage the screen. (not a fan of that when it's a $1000 tv)

First OLED TV and does not disappoint...
I purchased this to get the most out of PS5 Pro. The quality of the picture and all the settings for gaming are crazy. I couldn't be happier with this purchase. I caught this on sale for $599, and that's a steal. If you're on the fence, I suggest going for it.

Best OLED TV deal - Stop scrolling and click buy
I had been researching OLED TV's for the past few months, and ended up purchasing the LG B4 OLED 83" model on Black Friday. Amazing TV!! So when I saw this 48" LG B4 OLED model go on sale for $599 I decided to purchase two, to upgrade a couple of 5 year old Samsung TV's in my bedrooms. The picture quality is superb. Has Dolby Vision, and Dolby Atmos, and 4 HDMI ports - perfect for gaming. The TV sound is adequate, but I usually attach a sound bar for more bass and depth. I was worried about the Operating System after seeing mixed reviews, but the Smart WebOS system is intuitive and easy to navigate, although a little ad-heavy for my liking. All in all, the value can't be beat. No better TV at this price point. Super happy with my recent purchases. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quality TV that won't break the bank
